Air Thermostat
Select system for heat or cold and press up or down for desired temperature. To circulate air, select fan or select auto for temperature as needed. Do not turn A/C below 70o F as it may cause the A/C to malfunction and stop working. Do not leave any doors open as this will cause the air conditioner to malfunction.

Alarm Clock
To set the alarm, press and hold volume until the display time blinks, release hold, use clock tuning buttons to set alarm to desired time.

Blender
Site blender container in base, place liquid or soft ingredients into blender and place the lid on securely. Press the desired settings on the panel to start.

Coffee Maker
Open top of coffee maker. Place pack of coffee provided for 10 cups in basket and fill reservoir located on the right side of the coffee maker with water and close lid. Set knob on BREW and push in for ON. To open, (unlock) the top of coffee carafe, turn lid to the right, to close (lock) the top of the coffee carafe, turn lid to the left.

Washing Machine
Set washer to desired level of wash, select desired temperature of water with knob, select desired water level with knob, close the lid and pull the knob out.

Dryer
Select desired dry mode and press auto dry.

Dishwasher
Open dishwasher; place dishes on racks, fill main detergent cup located on the side of the front door with dishwashing powder and slide closed. Close front door and turn button to desired wash. Do not use liquid soap, as this will cause the dishwasher to overflow.

Fire Extinguisher
Locate the fire extinguisher (located under the kitchen sink). Pull the pin and squeeze handle. Spray back and forth in a sweeping motion at the base of the fire. CALL 9 + 911 and Guest Services at extension 65350.

Hair-dryer
Remove hair-dryer from the bag on top of counter. Press the switch to the ON position 1 or 2. Position 1 is low, position 2 is for medium and position 3 is for high.

Shower
Turn on water by pulling spout and set to desired temperature. Pull the ring above the waterspout to turn the shower on.

Ice Maker
To make ice, press the switch to the on position.

Iron
Fill the iron with water and turn the knob to the desired temperature. Use the ironing board for all ironing. Do not iron on beds, tables or floors.

Microwave
Each microwave oven has the specific instructions inside for your convenience. Please follow the instructions provided within the microwave. Do not place cups of water, foil, metal or plastic inside the microwave. Please do not hesitate in contacting us at ext. 6700 for further instructions if needed.

Oven
Open oven door and place food inside on the middle rack. Do not place paper products or plastic inside oven. Press display buttons to set desired temperature. Please do not leave any cooking equipment unattended at any time.

Telephone
Pick up telephone to place or receive a call. See dialing instructions on the telephone.

Television
Press the power ON the television or remote. Press the channel up or down.

Toaster
Place toast or bagel into slots. Set desired color and push down lever. Toast will automatically pop up when ready. For one slice of toast, use the side of toaster labeled “one slice.”

Safe
To lock, close safe door, enter unique 4 digit code, hit lock button. To release, re-enter 4 digit code.

Key Card
Should you lose your Key Card, please notify the Guest Services immediately so that your lock may be re-coded. For your safety and security, I.D. will be required to have a new key made. Please return your Key Card to the front desk upon check-out. Please keep your keys away from cell phones for the keys may get de-coded and new ones would need to be made.

Parking
Parking is limited to one parking pass per room. Please have parking pass visible in vehicle at all times when on property. Violators may be towed at the owner’s expense. Please call for assistance prior to arrival for trailer or RV parking.

Pet Policy
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Bluegreen Club 36. But we do understand they are like family. Please contact Guest Services for information about pet boarding.

Smoking
As a non-smoking resort, smoking is prohibited in your villa, stairwells or anywhere inside the building.  For your convenience we have 3 smoking areas for your use, which are located at each entrance of the building as well as on the sundeck.

A $300.00 Cleaning Fee will be applied if smell or evidence of smoke or pets is present in unit.

Shuttle Service:
The resort has a scheduled shuttle Drop Off service to select stops close to the local Las Vegas Strip area (See schedule below).  Please allow 15 mins either way for traffic.

For ADA drop offs, please inform the Front Desk 2 hours prior to your desired departure from the resort.

Shuttle service is on a first come, first serve basis and is subject to change or cancellation without notice.

** Please Note: This is a courtesy service and compensation will not be offered for modified, cancelled or missed shuttle runs.**

Resort Pool & Sundeck*
The resort pool and sundeck are located on the Fourth Floor. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. No glass containers are permitted in the pool or pool deck area.  Here you can enjoy a fun game of Foosball or practice your ball skills on our Wet Basketball hoop.  Or if you prefer just to take in the sun, then laying out on our beautiful sundeck is the way to go!

Pool Towels are located in your villa closet. If you need additional towels, please contact the Front Desk by dialing “0”. 

Fitness Room
We are very excited to announce that we have completed our Fitness Center upgrades and can’t wait for you to try our brand new state of the art equipment!  Our Fitness Center is open 24 hours and is located on the 2^nd Floor in the Aviator Wing. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please consult a physician prior to beginning an exercise program.

Computer Station
For your convenience we have computer stations located on the 2nd Floor where you can browse the internet as well as print boarding passes.

Smoking
As a non-smoking resort, smoking is prohibited in your villa, stairwells or anywhere inside the building.  For your convenience we have 2 smoking areas for your use, which are located at each entrance of the building next to Subway as well as on the sundeck.

Located at the East resort entrance, the shopping plaza offers the following amenities for your convenience and enjoyment:

Inside Your Villa

• Keep the dead bolt locked when inside your villa.
• Do not allow strangers into your villa. If someone’s identity seems suspicious, dial 62930 and/or report them to the Resort Manager.
• Never leave your children unattended. Familiarize them with their new surroundings and other safety procedures.
• Make sure to lock your vehicle and take all valuable items inside with you and/or store them in your trunk out of sight. The resort is a “Park at Your Own Risk” property.

Keys

• Keep track of your key(s) by keeping them with you at all times. Do not give your villa keys to others.
• Return your key(s) to Guest Services when you check out.

On and Off the Property

• Never leave your wallet, keys or purse unattended while at the pool.
• Ask our associates for the most direct driving directions when preparing to travel to attractions.
• Instead of carrying cash, use a credit card or traveler’s check when making large purchases. Do not draw attention to yourself by displaying large amounts of cash or expensive jewelry.
• If you see any activity that appears suspicious, please dial 62930 and/or report it to Resort Management.
• Pay attention to when and where you are walking or parking. Be aware of your surroundings.

Fire Safety

• Upon arrival please locate your fire extinguisher. It can be found inside your kitchen closet, mounted to the wall.
• Locate the fire alarm and all exits (inside and outside your villa). Make sure everyone in your group knows those locations.
• Familiarize yourself and your group with the resort fire evacuation plan and agree on a meeting place where you can account for everyone in your group. The overflow parking area is recommended.
• Ensure that all Key Card holders keep their cards with them at all times.
• Add the external resort phone number (702.856.2900) to your cellphone contacts.
• To operate the fire extinguisher, pull the pin and squeeze the handle. Spray back and forth in a sweeping motion at the base of the fire.
• First call: The fire department (911, or 911 on your cellphone).
• Second call: Guest Service desk, ext. 6700. Identify yourself and your location and briefly describe the situation.
• If you are in a public area, calmly leave through the nearest exit.
• If you are inside your villa, touch the villa door. If it is hot, DO NOT OPEN IT. If the door is cool, brace your shoulder against the door and open it slowly. Be prepared to close it quickly if flames or smoke are on the other side.
• If you are able to leave your villa, remind everyone of the agreed upon meeting place, take your key, close the door behind you and sound the nearest alarm.
• Use the nearest stairwell or fire exit.
• Crawl or keep low to reduce exposure to odorless carbon monoxide.

If you can not leave your room please follow these steps:

• If neither landlines nor cell service is available, signal to those outside your room that you are inside by hanging a sheet from your balcony handrail.
• Turn off the air-conditioner.
• Place wet sheets around the doorjamb. Block any vents that are emitting smoke.
• Open the windows ONLY if you are certain you are letting in fresh air.
• If the walls are hot, splash them with water. Use your ice bucket to cool them.
• If there is smoke in your villa, stay as low as possible and keep your nose and mouth covered with a wet cloth.
• DO NOT JUMP unless instructed by fire safety officials prepared to catch you. Otherwise continue the actions prescribed above and signal from your window for help.
