Mail and Messages
Mail received at the resort may be collected by either calling or stopping by Guest Services. For telephone messages, follow the instructions on your in-room telephone plate. You can drop outgoing mail at Guest Services.

Self-parking in lot. Please obtain parking pass from Guest Services.

Key Card
Should you lose your key card, please notify Guest Services immediately so that your lock may be re-coded. For your safety and security, I.D. will be required to have a new key made. Please return your key card to Guest Services upon check-out.

Pet Policy
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Bluegreen’s Bayside Resort & Spa. But we do understand they are like family. Please contact Guest Services for information about pet boarding.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in rooms/suites. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited, and an additional $350.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.

Pardon our progress, while we continue to enhance our property we are experiencing renovations throughout the year and until 2025.

          Pools located Buildings 1-3 will be down for renovations starting October 2024 into 2025. 

Watersports & Catamaran Cruises
Along with our on-site partner, Paradise Adventures, we’re pleased to offer fun ways to explore St. Andrews Bay. Clear kayaks, catamaran cruises, and pontoon boat rentals are just some of the offerings to enjoy fun in the sun during your stay. Travel along the shallows of the bay via paddle board. Cruise aboard the Footloose or Privateer Catamarans, with daily excursions and dolphin tours, and embark on experience dreamy sunset cruises at night.

Hit the links at the only Nicklaus Design Course in all of NW Florida! Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, this slice of golf heaven at our Panama City Beach Resort welcomes enthusiasts of all skill levels.

Serenity Spa
This award-winning, on-site spa welcomes you to enjoy a day of total bliss and focused wellness. We offer an array of experiences, including massage, skin, and salon services. For example, indulge in relaxing muscle massages, soothing spa pedicures, organic, skin revitalizing facials, and more. Services provided at both his/her facilities, while a room for couples is also available.
