Radiant Heating
Due to the mild temperatures in the high country, we do not have Air Conditioning in our units. Fans are available upon request. We recommend opening windows in the evening to allow cooler air flow into your unit and shutting windows in early morning hours before it gets too warm to contain cool air.

Radiant heating is supplied by baseboard heaters along the bottom of your unit. They are controlled by a central thermostat. You will not hear a rush of air but should feel heat emitting from the baseboards. If you do not feel heat when placing your hands close to the baseboard heaters, please contact the front desk. We will send maintenance to check the heating in your unit.

Coffee Maker
Insert filter and grounds. Fill the water in the top opening by lifting the lid and then closing the lid. Select Brew and press on/off.

Dishwasher
Place a Finish™ detergent pod inside the detergent container, close the container lid, turn knobs to select desired settings and press START to begin washing.

Fire Extinguisher
Locate the fire extinguisher inside the room. Pull the pin and squeeze handle. Spray back and forth in a sweeping motion at the base of the fire. CALL 911.

Garbage Disposal
Run water and turn on the garbage disposal switch located on the wall behind the sink. Do not put your fingers into the drain/disposal. Do not put metal, glass, bones, tobacco, eggshells or greasy items into the disposal.

Ice Maker
To make ice, place the switch to the on position. To turn off ice maker, place the switch to the off position.

Iron
Fill with water and turn the knob to the desired temperature. Use the ironing board for all ironing. Do not iron on beds, tables, or floor.

Microwave
Do not place cups of water, foil, metal or plastic inside the microwave. Enter desired minutes and press start.

Oven
Place food inside on middle rack. (Do not place paper products or plastic inside the oven). Turn knobs or press button to set desired temperature and press start.

Shower
Twist handle located underneath shower head to turn on shower. Rotate clockwise/counterclockwise to adjust temperature.

Everyone at the resort is dedicated to delivering the best vacation experience possible. The following services are available by dialing “0” or stopping by the Guest Services desk located in the Club House.

Cribs and Chairs
Available as a special request. Availability is limited. Cribs and chairs are provided on a first come, first serve basis.

Copies
Copy services are available at Guest Services. A guest computer/printer is available in the Gore Creek Owner’s Lounge.

Lost and Found
For articles lost or found, please contact Guest Services. We will notify guests of any items left in rooms through the website www.ileftmystuff.com. Here you can claim your item and do everything required to have it shipped to your home address. Staff will be alerted upon completion of required forms. We will get everything boxed up and shipped to you.

Mail and Messages
Mail received at the resort may be collected by either calling or stopping by Guest Services. For telephone messages, follow the instructions on your in-room telephone plate. You can drop outgoing mail at Guest Services.

Parking
Reservations come with complementary parking for one vehicle. Additional parking passes may be purchased for $45. Be sure to hang your parking passes from your rear-view mirror in a visible spot. Towing is highly enforced in winter months. Any vehicle without a parking pass may be subject to tow and impound at cost to the owner.

We take great pride in our work and strive to deliver exceptional service to our guests every day. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with it, please let us know how we can correct the deficiency. We do not provide complimentary daily house cleaning services but offer the following:

Key Card
Should you lose your key card, please notify Guest Services immediately so that your lock may be re-coded. For your safety and security, I.D. will be required to have a new key made. Be sure at check-in to include any guests staying in the room over the age of 18 that may require keys in case of lockout, to prevent any issues with receiving new keys. Please return your key card to Guest Services upon check-out or leave it in your room to be collected by housekeeping.

Pet Policy
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Bluegreen’s StreamSide at Vail. But we do understand they are like family. Please contact Guest Services for information about pet boarding.

Service Dogs performing a medical function are allowed but are not permitted to be left in rooms unattended at any time. Notify the front desk at check-in if a service dog will be occupying the room with you. Please note that Emotional Support Animals are not recognized as Service Animals and therefore are not protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act. ANY ANIMALS FOUND OCCUPYING ROOMS, THAT ARE NOT DECLARED AT CHECK-IN, WILL ASSESS AN IMMEDIATE NON-REFUNDABLE $350.00 CLEANING FEE.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in rooms/suites. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited, and an additional $500.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected. Smoking is also not permitted within 30 feet of buildings per Colorado State law. Please do not smoke on balconies or walkways.

Bluegreen’s StreamSide at Vail is pleased to offer a variety of resort amenities to make your vacation experience even more enjoyable.

Free Shuttle | Seasonal schedule
Complementary Streamside Shuttles run from 10 am to 8 pm, Monday – Friday, and 8 am to 8 pm, Saturday and Sunday. They will drop you off at entry points to Vail and Lionshead Villages and will pick you up in the same drop off locations. Skis, snowboards, car seats and strollers are permitted. Bikes are not permitted on shuttles.

The Town of Vail Transit Department provides free year-round bus service. Considered one of the largest free transportation systems in the country, it offers residents and guests timely service to and from Vail Mountain and throughout town.

Pool, Hot Tubs & Sauna | 8am–11pm, 7 days a week
Owners & Guests have access to all hot tubs on property. Minors under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by a guardian 18 years of age or older. No glass containers are permitted in the pool, hot tubs, or deck areas.

Fitness Center | 8am – 11pm with Guest Key Access (concessions may be available for early risers)
Located on the third floor of the Clubhouse. Consult your physician prior to beginning any exercise program. Minors under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by a guardian 18 years of age or older.

Onsite Laundry Facility | Complimentary
For your convenience we have laundry facilities adjacent to the Aspen building and on the first floor of the Cedar building but there are no laundry facilities located in the rooms. Detergent will be provided in rooms upon arrival. A maximum of 4 detergent packets are available during your stay.

BBQ Grills | 9am-11pm, 7 days a week
Please return grills and surrounding outdoor areas to original condition when finished. Wildlife is rife in The Valley. Please ensure you clean up all remaining food items and trash in designated areas, as these can attract bears and other hungry wildlife. PLEASE alert front desk to any sighting of bears or mountain lions. Bears and mountain lions may need to be gently relocated further from society to prevent harm to themselves and others. Please help us in our effort to keep you & wildlife safe by not approaching ANY animals you may see!

Owners’ Lounge
Offering additional lounge space, a pool table and large screen TV the owners lounge is open from 8am – 11 pm. Be sure to check your Resort Activities sheet to find out what kind of complimentary offerings may be hosted in the Gore Creek Owner’s Lounge! Items for the pool table can be picked up from the front desk.

Indoor Racquetball Court & Basketball Half-Court
Open from 8 am to 11 pm. Balls and racquets can be borrowed from the front desk. The basketball hoop can be moved in and out of the wall at the press of a button by an electric panel by the door.

Ski Shop/Storage

Kid’s Club
While we do not offer Kid’s Club on property, we do have an assortment of offerings geared towards our younger guests!
The Cave offers a plethora of games on Xbox and Nintendo Switch platforms with a large flat screen tv and gaming chairs. There are also board games, puzzles and ping pong available for anyone to utilize.
The Imagination Station will open for complementary offerings of arts and crafts projects scheduled on your Resort Activities calendar.

Inside Your Suite

• Keep the dead bolt locked when inside your room/suite.
• Do not allow strangers into your room/suite. If someone’s identity seems suspicious, dial “0” and/or report them to Resort Management. BLUEGREEN STAFF WILL NEVER CONCEAL FROM A GUEST THEIR ROLE ON PROPERTY OR WHY THEY ARE KNOCKING. You can verify staff by Bluegreen nametags.
• Never leave your children unattended. Familiarize them with their new surroundings and other safety procedures. Ensure that they have knowledge of your room/suite number and location.

Keys

• Keep track of your key(s) by keeping them with you at all times. Do not give your room/suite keys to others.
• List all guests over the age of 18 that may need keys at check in, to avoid guests being unable to receive keys without your presence.
• Return your keys to the front desk at check out.
• Be sure to add all additional guests that may require keys to the unit to your reservation

Fire Safety

• Upon arrival, please locate the fire extinguisher in your room/suite.
• Locate the fire exits inside and outside your room/suite. Make sure everyone in your group knows those locations.
• Familiarize yourself and your group with the resort fire evacuation plan and agree on a meeting place where you can account for everyone in your group.
• Ensure that all key card holders keep their cards with them at all times.
• To operate the fire extinguisher, pull the pin and squeeze the handle. Spray back and forth in a sweeping motion at the base of the fire.
• First call: The fire department (9 + 911, or 911 on your cell phone).
• Second call: Front Desk Ext. 6150. Identify yourself and your location and briefly describe the situation.
• If you are in a public area, calmly leave through the nearest exit. If outside, evacuate to a location that provides a safe distance between yourself, your family and the location of the fire.
• If you are inside your room/suite, touch the door. If it is hot, DO NOT OPEN IT. If the door is cool, brace your shoulder against the door and open it slowly. Be prepared to close it quickly if flames or smoke are on the other side.
• If you are able to leave your room/suite, remind everyone of the agreed-upon meeting place, take your key, close the door behind you.
• Use the nearest stairwell or fire exit. DO NOT TAKE THE ELEVATOR.
• Crawl or keep low to reduce exposure to odorless carbon monoxide and smoke.

If you cannot leave your suite, please follow these steps

• If neither landlines nor cell service is available, signal to those outside your room/suite that you are inside by hanging a sheet from your window/balcony.
• Fill the bathtub with water.
• Place wet sheets around the door-jam. Block/Cover any vents that are emitting smoke.
• Open the windows ONLY If you are certain you are letting in fresh air.
• If the walls are hot, cool them by bailing water onto the walls using your trashcans.
• If there is smoke in your room/suite, stay as low as possible and keep your nose and mouth covered with a wet cloth.
• DO NOT JUMP unless instructed by fire safety officials prepared to catch you. Otherwise continue the actions prescribed above and signal from your window for help.
