Check-in and -out information:
Upon check-in, each reservation requires a major credit card. A $100.00 pre-authorization will be taken for each reservation. Please note that using a debit card for the pre-authorization may restrict the use of those funds for up to 10 business days, or until your banking institution releases the hold. If you prefer to pay your incidental charges with your debit card, we recommend using a credit card for the pre-authorization and then paying with your debit card at check-out.
Key Card
Should you lose your Key Card, or it becomes deactivated, please notify the Front Desk immediately so that your lock may be re-coded. For your safety and security, a photo ID will be required to have a new key made. Please return your Key Card to the front desk upon check-out. Please keep your keys away from cell phones and magnets, as these tend to deactivate room keys.
Parking
The Lodge Alley Inn does not have a private parking area. We use leased parking spaces from a City of Charleston public parking garage. Valet parking is recommended, as it is the most affordable and the most convenient way to park. Valet parking is $33/night for Owners and $38/night for non-Owners, effective 2/4/2022. *Parking rates are subject to change without notice* Guests with a valid Handicapped Decal can self-park at no charge in any city parking garage or at any meter. Guests with a handicap decal wishing to valet are subject to the same valet rates as owners ($33/night) and non-owners ($38/night). Because we use a public parking garage and cannot control what happens in the garage while your car is parked there, we accept no responsibility for damage occurring to vehicles that are valet parked. Please speak with a Manager if you have questions or concerns about this. We cannot accept over-sized vehicles (over 7′ tall), trailers, RVs, or cars with roof-top carriers. Motorcycles are not permitted.
Pet Policy
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at The Lodge Alley Inn™. But we do understand they are like family. Please contact Guest Services for information about pet boarding. Service animals are welcome with proper documentation.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in the entryway of the Resort, any indoor location (including Guest Rooms), or any balconies.
Smoking is restricted to the Courtyard. Please dispose of cigarette and cigars in the provided receptacles.
Thank you for helping us keep Lodge Alley Inn beautiful!
