Air Thermostat
Press On/Off then press left or right for desired temperature. Make sure the unit is in cool position/heat position, whichever you desire (76º F is a cool temperature.) Do not turn A/C below 68º F as it may cause the A/C to malfunction and stop working. Do not leave any doors open as this will cause the air conditioner to malfunction.

Alarm Clock
To set the alarm, turn selector on top of Radio to Set Alarm, hold button for hour and minutes to desired time. Select the side alarm button to Radio or Buzzer.

Blender
Sit blender container in base, place liquid or soft ingredients into blender and place the lid on securely. Press the desired settings on the panel to start.

Coffee Maker
Open top of coffee maker. Place filter pack of coffee provided for 10 cups in holder and fill reservoir with water and close lid. Set knob on BREW and push in for ON. To open, (unlock) the top of coffee carafe, turn lid to the right, to close (lock) the top of the coffee carafe, turn lid to the left.

Washer and Dyers
If you are in Building 1000, the washers and dryers are located on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor next to the elevators in Building 1000. If you are in Buildings 2000, 3000 and 4000, washers and dryers are in your unit in the closet near the entry doors.

Dishwasher
Open dishwasher; place dishes on racks, fill main detergent cup located on the side of the front door with dishwashing powder and slide closed. Close front door and turn button to desired wash. Slide the lever to start the dishwasher. Do not use liquid soap, as this will cause the dishwasher to overflow.

Fire Extinguisher
Locate the fire extinguisher (Studio- in the closet, One Bedroom and Two Bedroom-underneath the kitchen sink cabinet,). Pull the pin and squeeze handle. Spray back and forth in a sweeping motion at the base of the fire. CALL 911 and Guest Services by dialing “0”.

Hair-dryer
Remove hair-dryer from the bag on top of counter. Press the switch to the ON position 1 or 2. Position 1 is low, position 2 is for medium and position 3 is for high.

Guest Bath Shower
Turn on water by pulling spout and set to desired temperature. Pull the ring above the waterspout to turn the shower on.

Ice Maker
To make ice, lower the handle. If you need ice immediately, ice machines are located in Building 1000 on Level B and on 1st floor of Building 3000.

Iron
Fill the iron with water and turn the knob to the desired temperature. Use the ironing board for all ironing. Do not iron on beds, tables, or floors.

Microwave
If you need assistance with the microwave in your unit, please dial “0” for Guest Services and we are happy to assist. Please do not place cups of water, foil, metal or plastic inside microwave.

Conventional Oven
Only applies to Building 1000. Please open the oven door and place food inside on middle rack. (Do not place paper products or plastic inside oven.) Turn knobs to set desired temperature. Please do not leave any cooking equipment unattended at any time. If you need assistance, please dial “0” for Guest Services.

Telephone
Pick up the receiver, push the ON button, and dial “0” for Guest Services for any questions at the resort. For outside calls, pick up the receiver, push the ON button, and dial “9 + 1” and then the phone number. To retrieve voicemails, pick up the receiver, push the ON button, and dial “76”.

Television
Press the power ON the television or remote. Press the channel up or down. Unfortunately, there is no channel that shows what TV shows are currently playing, but Guest Services provides a TV Guide inside the Welcome Newsletter at check in.

Toaster
Place toast or bagel into slots. Set desired color and push down lever. Toast will automatically pop up when ready.

We accept American Express^®, Discover^®, Visa^® and MasterCard^® for both payment and the required $100 Pre-Authorization at check in. Unfortunately, Patrick Henry Square is a cashless Resort, which means we do not accept cash.

Pack N’ Plays
Pack N’ Plays are available as a special request item through Guest Services. The number of available Pack N’ Plays is limited and will be provided on a first come, first served basis.

Emergency 
In the event of an emergency, medical or otherwise, please dial “0” from the unit phone or stop by Guest Services. If serious emergencies, dial “9, then 911”.

Fax Machine
We do not have a fax machine on site, but if you please dial “0” from your unit or visit Guest Services, we can direct you to the nearest FedEx^® or Staples^®.

Fire Emergency
Call 911 first and then call Guest Services by dialing “0” from your unit. The resort is fully equipped with modern fire prevention devices. For your safety, please familiarize yourself with the fire alarm locations, exit routes and the fire safety guides. This information is posted on the back of each guest room’s door.

Fitness Center
The fitness center is in Building 1000 on Level B. You must be 16 years or older to use the equipment. This facility is open 24 hours. Use your room key to open the door.

Guest Services
Please dial “0” from your unit or visit Guest Services for information on Colonial Williamsburg Visitors Center. You may also call the Colonial Williamsburg Visitors Center directly at 800.HISTORY. The Colonial Williamsburg Visitors Center is located less than 2 miles from the Resort.

Housekeeping
Call Guest Services by dialing “0” from your unit for special housekeeping needs. Some services require additional fee.

WIFI
Free WIFI is available at the resort for all guests with the option of an upgrade at an additional cost. Guest Services will provide more information at check in. You can also dial “0” from your unit for assistance.

Ice Machines
Ice machines are located in Building 1000 on Level B, next to the Game Room and in Building 3000 next the exit doors.

Key Card
If you lose your key card, please notify Guest Services immediately so that your lock can be re-coded. For your safety and security, I.D. will be required to have a new key made. Please return your key card to Guest Services upon check-out.

Laundry
Free guest laundry is located in the Building 1000, on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. This facility is to the right of the elevators and is also open 24 hours. If you are in Buildings 2000, 3000 and 4000, washers and dryers are inside your unit.

Lost and Found
Please dial “0” from your unit or visit Guest Services to inquire about items that are lost or found.

Mail and Messages
Mail received at the resort may be collected by either dialing “0” or stopping by Guest Services. For telephone messages, pick up the receiver in your unit, push the ON button, and dial 76.

Parking
A complimentary parking pass is available from the Concierge for all registered resort guests. The resort cannot be responsible for items left in vehicles on the property. Boat and trailer parking is not permitted. No RV parking available.

Pet Policy
For the convenience of other guests and in an effort to help us provide the cleanest and most sanitary accommodations available, pets are not permitted.

Postage is available at Guest Services.

For the security of your valuables, we do offer small safety deposit boxes inside your unit in the master bedroom closet. If you have any questions, please dial “0” for Guest Services.

Please dial “0” from your unit or visit Guest Services for any issues or concerns. Your safety and security are the utmost concern to those of us who welcome you as our guest. Please familiarize yourself with safety guidelines provided in this directory.

Swimming Pool
Open from 9 am–10 pm daily, located near the Lobby.

We will be happy to arrange taxi service or provide additional assistance and information concerning your transportation needs.

Vending Machines
We now offer Vending Machines in the Lobby, which is located in Building 2000. We offer Coke products, as well as snacks.

For your convenience, we provide guest voice mail. To access your voice mailbox, pick up the receiver in your unit, push the ON button, and dial 76.

Welcome Refreshment Center
Coffee, hot tea, water, and hot chocolate are in the Lobby 24 hours a day. Infused water is available from 7am-11pm.

We take great pride in our work and strive to deliver exceptional service to our guests every day. Key Card

Parking
Parking is limited to one parking pass per room. Please have parking pass visible in vehicle at all times when on property. Violators may be towed at the owner’s expense.

Pet Policy
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Bluegreen Patrick Henry Square. But we do understand they are like family. Please contact Guest Services for information about pet boarding.

Smoking
We are a nonsmoking resort.

A $300.00 Cleaning Fee will be applied if smell or evidence of smoke or pets is present in unit.

Pools/Spa
The Indoor Saltwater Pool is open daily from 9am-10pm. We do not have a hot tub on site. Children under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by a guardian at all times. NO lifeguard on duty—swimming is at your own risk. NO glass in the pool areas please. Pool towels are in your room and your responsibility. Enjoy our heated salt water indoor pool year-round.

Business Center
Patrick Henry Square does have a business center on site located in Building 1000 on Level B. There are computers and printers available for use. We also provide free WIFI as well.

BBQ Grills
Cook up a meal the whole family will enjoy with our two gas grills behind Building 2000.

Fitness Center
Enjoy a selection of cardiovascular and weight machines to keep you fit 24 hours a day. Consult your physician prior to beginning any exercise program.

Game Room
Open from  9am-10pm, the Game Room located in Building 1000 on Level B, offers billiards, foosball, shuffleboard, ping pong, an XBOX one station, air hockey, and a kid’s corner. All game equipment is located at Guest Services.

Movies/Board Games
Guest Services offers around-the-clock, selection of board games and movies. Movies and board games are to be returned at check out.

Bike Rental
Guest Services provides bike rentals from 8am-8pm daily seasonally (April-September).The bikes are $10 for a half day, $20 for a full day.

Concierge
Available from 8am to 8pm daily or dial extension 7505 from your unit phone. Concierge can provide information on local restaurants and things to do in the area.

It’s time to sit back and relax. You are near the heart of Williamsburg, Virginia! For those who prefer to spend their leisure time indulging in our resort recreational facilities, our Front Desk staff can assist you. We have a Game Room, which includes a Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, shuffleboard, air hockey table, an XBOX One station and games, and a giant Connect Four game. We also have movies to rent for free and board games, such as: Trouble, Candyland, Apples to Apples, and Scrabble also in the Lobby. If that doesn’t interest you, we do have a new Indoor Saltwater Pool that is open YEAR round. We are pleased to have you with us and hope that you let us know if we can do anything to make your stay more enjoyable!
