Thermostat

Press On/Off and press left or right for desired temperature. Make sure the unit is in cool position/ heat position, whichever you desire (75º F – 77º F is a cool temperature.) Do not turn A/C below 75º F as it may cause the A/C to malfunction and stop working. Do not leave any doors open as this will cause the air conditioner to malfunction.

Alarm Clock:

To set the alarm, turn selector on top of Radio to Set Alarm, hold button for hour and minutes to desired time. Select the side alarm button to Radio or Buzzer.

Blender:

Sit blender container in base, place liquid or soft ingredients into blender and place the lid on securely. Press the desired settings on the panel to start.

Coffee Maker:

Open top of coffee maker. Place filter pack of coffee provided for 10 cups in holder and fill reservoir with water and close lid. Set knob on BREW and push in for ON. To open, (unlock) the top of coffee carafe, turn lid to the right, to close (lock) the top of the coffee carafe, turn lid to the left.

Washer and Dyers

They are located in each  unit off of master bedroom in standard and in presidential units off of the kitchen

Dishwasher:

Load only dishwasher safe items into dishwasher. Load dishes in dishwasher racks so the insides of bowls, pots and pans are facing the spray arms.

Fire Extinguisher:

Locate the fire extinguisher (underneath the kitchen sink cabinet,). Pull the pin and squeeze handle. Spray back and forth in a sweeping motion at the base of the fire. CALL 911 and Guest Services by hitting 0 on phone or dialing 828-743-4400.

Hair-dryer:

Remove hair-dryer from the bag on top of counter. Press the switch to the ON position 1 or 2. Position 1 is low, position 2 is for medium and position 3 is for high.

Guest Bath Shower:

Turn on water by pulling spout and set to desired temperature. Pull the ring above the waterspout to turn the

shower on.

Ice Maker:

To make ice, lower the handle. May take 24hours to make a large quantity.

Iron:

Fill the iron with water and turn the knob to the desired temperature. Use the ironing board for all ironing. Do not iron on beds, tables, or floors.

Microwave:

Each microwave oven has the specific instructions inside for your convenience. Please follow the instructions provided within the microwave/oven. Do not place cups of water, foil, metal or plastic inside microwave.

Please do not hesitate in contacting us  for further instructions if needed.

Oven:

Open oven door and place food inside on middle rack. (Do not place paper products or plastic inside oven.) Turn knobs to set desired temperature. Please do not leave any cooking equipment unattended at any time.

Telephone:

Pick up telephone to place or receive a call. See dialing instructions on the telephone.

Television:

Press the power ON the television or remote. Press the channel up or down.

Toaster:

Place toast or bagel into slots. Set desired color and push down lever. Toast will automatically pop up when ready. For one slice of toast, use the side of toaster labeled “one slice.”

Safety Deposit Boxes
Please do not leave money or valuables in your room. Under state law, the resort cannot be responsible for the loss of articles. For the security of your valuables, all units have been provided with a free safety deposit box. You may use your own four-digit code.

Pool Towels
For your convenience pool towels have been provided in your villa located in closet in master or guest bedroom. We are happy to exchange these towels for you during your stay at Housekeeping. If you require additional pool towels, they can be signed out at Housekeeping.

Garbage
Bear-proof trashcans are provided on property. If you require assistance in removing your trash mid-stay please contact the Front Desk by hitting 0 on your unit phone or Maintenance at 4446.

Washers and Dryers
Located in every unit and are supplied with laundry detergent.

Recycling
Recycling bags are located under the kitchen sink. Please call the Guest Services for pick up.

Check Out Instructions:

1. Check Out Time is at 10am.
2. Please bag all of your trash & place it inside the front door OR take it to a trash receptacle.
3. Please separate any paper products from other recycling.
4. Please place all used towels in your bathtub/shower/bathroom.
5. Please load and start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes.
6. You may choose to leave your keys in in your unit at checkout rather than turning them in, but please call the Front Desk when you are leaving.

We can’t wait to welcome you to the Club Lodges at Trillium. To make the most of your stay, please familiarize yourself with the following details:

• The Club Lodges at Trillium is nestled on a private 750-acre golf and country club community spread across three mountains. You may need to drive your vehicle from your villa to many onsite amenities during your stay.
• Upon check-in you will be issued an amenities card. This card grants you access to the Trillium community amenities while staying on property. Make sure to carry the card with you at all times as you will not be able to access the amenities or on-site restaurants without it.
• For stays between the months of October through May, please be aware that both restaurants, pool, hot tub, boat docks, golf, croquet, and outdoor tennis are closed for the season. However, Apple Orchard Park is open which includes indoor tennis, gym, and sauna for your enjoyment from 9am to 4pm. We also have a catch and release pond that are both open all year.
• Internet is complimentary. Just connect to your unit #. (If you have an iPhone-Go to Settings-Turn off Auto Log In, then connect to unit #).
• Gas Grills, Corn Hole, Croquet, and Horseshoes are available to all guests, located at the Common Area across from building 145.
• Pool towels are provided in your unit. Please, DO NOT hang towels on the balcony. Bath & Pool towels are not to be removed from your unit upon departure. There will be a $10 fee for each towel removed. Pool bags are available to purchase at front desk.
• NO PETS are allowed at the Club Lodges, EXCEPT for Registered Service Animals. All Service Animals MUST be on a leash while outside on Trillium property.
• NO RV’S or trailers are permitted at the units, per Trillium management.
• Please Park in designated parking spaces only. Try to keep vehicles to one per unit as spaces are tight. All extra vehicles MUST park at the Front Office or in overflow parking.
• The following Items are available upon request at the Front office: Fishing poles, Clubs & foam balls for Garden Golf, equipment for tennis and pickleball, Board Games & puzzles, in room activities.
• Indecent exposure at ALL facilities is NOT permitted.
• QUIET HOURS for Trillium are between 10pm and 8am.

Key Card
Should you lose your Key Card, please notify the Guest Services immediately so that your lock may be re-coded. For your safety and security, I.D. will be required to have a new key made. Please return your Key Card to the front desk upon check-out. Please keep your keys away from cell phones because the keys may get de-coded and new ones would need to be made.

Parking
Please park in designated spaces only. Try to keep vehicles to one per unit as spaces are tight. All extra vehicles must park at the Front Office or overflow parking. .

Pet Policy
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Club Lodges at Trillium. But we do understand they are like family. Please contact Guest Services for information about pet boarding.

Smoking
We are a nonsmoking resort.

A $300.00 Cleaning Fee will be applied if smell or evidence of smoke or pets is present in unit.

Welcome to the Club Lodges at Trillium! 

Club Lodges at Trillium is a member of the Trillium Links and Lake club, a private golf and lake community. While you are staying with us you are a member of their association. Access to all of the wonderful amenities that Trillium provides please carry your amenity card with you to all locations listed below. All reservations have to be made no more than one week prior to arrival. All equipment is available for checkout at the Guest Services office. ENJOY!

All Amenities are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend! They are seasonal!

Club Lodges Common Area Amenities include Grills, Picnic Tables, Cornhole, horseshoes.

Apple Orchard Park

Apple Orchard Park is where you will find you Gym, Indoor Tennis, Saunas, Garden Golf and Croquet. This facility is open 7 days a week, Monday – Sunday. The facility is open from 9 AM – 4 PM. You will be required to enter your access code when you are there which is found on your amenity card.

The Clubhouse Restaurant 

At the heart of the Trillium community lies the rustic lodge-style clubhouse that serves as a social gathering spot and fine-dining favorite for Trillium members and Guests. This restaurant offers beautiful mountain views. Reservations are required, please dial ‘0’ on your room phone to reach guest services to assist. Collared shirts and Pants are required. Please have your amenity card ready when you arrive to the restaurant.

The Landings Restaurant 

For a more casual dining experience, we invite your family to visit The Landings on Lake Glenville. The Landings is the perfect venue for a casual meal or group outing. Please dial ‘0’ to reach guest services to assist              in making your reservation. Please have your amenity card ready when you arrive to the restaurant. (Is Closed for the foreseeable future to rebuild)

Trillium Golf Course

Trillium Links is, unquestionably, one of the finest championship golf courses in western North Carolina. Regardless of your handicap, you’ll find golf at Trillium Links challenging and enjoyable, with 4 sets of tees, bent grass tees, greens and fairways, magnificent vistas of the Blue Ridge Mountains, all combined with an occasional greeting from the local wildlife. Please dial ‘0’ on your room phone for assistance in setting up your tee time. Golf attire is required. Please have your amenity card ready when you arrive. Golf clubs are available for rent. Please do not use the driving range without a tee time. Golf Cart Paths are off limits without a Tee Time. PLEASE DO NOT WALK ON COURSE UNLESS PLAYING GOLF

Tennis Indoor/Outdoor/Pickleball 

Trillium offers two types of tennis experiences. You can play on their outdoor clay courts located near the pool area. Trillium also offers indoor clay courts year-round for your enjoyment. Racquets are available for use at Front Desk. Tennis Shoes are required to play. Please have your amenity card available when you arrive. Court Reservations can be made through Guest services by dialing ‘0’ on your room phone or simply click HERE. Tennis and Pickleball require a signup 2 hours in advance. When booking online please ensure to include you are a Bluegreen owner & room number if known at the time of reservation in the “notes” section to secure your spot.

Lakefront/Marina 

Rent a boat and cruise from one of Trillium’s docks to discover cascading waterfalls or a postcard sunset. Hike or boat to sandy banks that line the shores, beckoning you to stop for some relaxing sunning and swimming. Click HERE to make a boat reservation or call Guest Services for assistance. When booking online please ensure to include you are a Bluegreen owner & room number if known at the time of reservation in the “notes” section to secure your spot.

Fishing

Western North Carolina has some of the best fishing in the entire country. Weather you fish lakes or streams you a guaranteed to have a great time. Please visit Guest Services where we have fishing poles for use. For a 10-day non-NC resident fishing license please click HERE

Trillium Links and Lake club has an extensive event calendar that will enhance your family’s experience while you are here May through November. Please see the link above. Call Guest Services to reserve your spot at these events.

Trillium Pool 
Our pool is a 40-person pool and is across from the clubhouse restaurant and next to the outdoor tennis courts. It is open May through September,
during which the hours will be 8am-8pm. See Guest Services to make a reservation. Two-hour time slots per unit

Garden Golf 
18 hole too long? No problem, garden golf is a seven hole, three par course. Located across from our Fitness center is has beautiful greens,
instead of felt. You can hit the ball over water and even sand. Course is open ALL YEAR LONG from 8am to 8pm. Equipment needed for this amenity
is located at Check In office. You’ll will need a wedge, putter and foam balls. Real golf balls are not permitted. Don’t forget your score card
when you pick up your equipment.

Welcome to your home away from home. Vacation is a time for fun and relaxation; however, just like at your home, safety and security begins with you. It is our goal that your time spent with us is enjoyable, which also means feeling safe and secure. Here are a few safety tips recommended for you to follow:

Inside Your Villa

• Keep the dead bolt locked when inside your villa.
• Do not allow strangers into your villa. If someone’s identity seems suspicious, dial 0 and/or report them to Security or Resort Manager.
• Never leave your children unattended. Familiarize them with their new surroundings and other safety procedures.
• Make sure to lock your vehicle and take all valuable items inside with you and/or store them in your trunk out of sight. The resort is a “Park at Your Own Risk” property.

Keys

• Keep track of your key(s) by keeping them with you at all times. Do not give your villa keys to others.
• Return your key to Guest Services when you check out or leave them in your unit on a counter.

On and Off the Property

• Never leave your wallet, keys or purse unattended while at the pool.
• Ask our associates for the most direct driving directions when preparing to travel to attractions.
• Instead of carrying cash, use a credit card or traveler’s check when making large purchases. Do not draw attention to yourself by displaying large amounts of cash or expensive jewelry.
• If you see any activity that appears suspicious, please dial 0 and/or report it to Security and Resort Management.
• Pay attention to when and where you are walking or parking. Be aware of your surroundings.

Fire Safety
While a fire at our resort is extremely rare, we feel it is still very important for you and your family to be mindful of what precautions to take should an emergency arise. Plan your escape!

• Upon arrival please locate your fire extinguisher. It can be found beneath the kitchen counter.
• Locate the fire alarm and all exits (inside and outside your villa). Make sure everyone in your group knows those locations.
• Familiarize yourself and your group with the resort fire evacuation plan and agree on a meeting place where you can account for everyone in your group. The back parking deck is recommended.
• Ensure that all Key Card holders keep their cards with them at all times.
• Add the external resort phone number (828.743.4400) to your cellphone contacts.
• To operate the fire extinguisher, pull the pin and squeeze the handle. Spray back and forth in a sweeping motion at the base of the fire.
• First call: The fire department (9 + 911, or 911 on your cellphone).
• Second call: Guest Service desk, ext. 0. Identify yourself and your location and briefly describe the situation.
• If you are in a public area, calmly leave through the nearest exit.
• If you are inside your villa, touch the villa door. If it is hot, DO NOT OPEN IT. If the door is cool, brace your shoulder against the door and open it slowly. Be prepared to close it quickly if flames or smoke are on the other side.
• If you are able to leave your villa, remind everyone of the agreed upon meeting place, take your key, close the door behind you and sound the nearest alarm.
• Use the nearest stairwell or fire exit. DO NOT TAKE THE ELEVATOR.
• Crawl or keep low to reduce exposure to odorless carbon monoxide.

If you can not leave your room please follow these steps:

• If neither landlines nor cell service is available, signal to those outside your room that you are inside by hanging a sheet from your balcony handrail.
• Turn off the air-conditioner.
• Place wet sheets around the doorjamb. Block any vents that are emitting smoke.
• Open the windows ONLY if you are certain you are letting in fresh air.
• If the walls are hot, splash them with water. Use your ice bucket to cool them.
• If there is smoke in your villa, stay as low as possible and keep your nose and mouth covered with a wet cloth.
• DO NOT JUMP unless instructed by fire safety officials prepared to catch you. Otherwise continue the actions prescribed above and signal from your window for help.

Code Adam
Code Adam is a nationally recognized missing child safety program in the United States and thousands of department stores, retail shops, shopping malls, supermarkets, amusement parks, and museums volunteer in the program. Bluegreen is proud to add its name to the long list of those participating.

Your Course of Action
If you believe that your child is missing, do not panic, but do take action immediately. Search the area checking wherever a child may crawl or hide. Children think hiding is a game and hiding places are limitless in the mind of a child.

If you still cannot find your child after a thorough search, call Guest Services at “0” and report him/her missing. You will be asked to provide the following information:

• Your name, unit number and cell phone number
• Child’s name, sex, age, hair color, eye color
• Child’s approximate height and weight
• Where was the child last seen
• What the child was wearing (type of clothing, color, shoes, etc.)

Be prepared to report to the Guest Services area to provide additional information if needed.

Guest Services has already been instructed to immediately announce a Code Adam to the Code Adam Team as soon as they receive the report of a missing child. They will provide the team with all the information you have given them. All associates assigned to the Code Adam Team will immediately stop what they are doing and search for the child.
If the child is not found within 10 minutes of initiating the Code Adam, Guest Services will contact local law enforcement and request assistance.

We hope this encounter will never take place, but would like you to know what the appropriate steps to take are, and that Bluegreen will be with you every step of the way.

Wi-Fi access is complimentary.

Clothes Washer
The washing machine is located below the dryer. Lift the lid and load the machine with clothes (Do not overload). Pour the desired amount of detergent (1 small bag of detergent per load). Set load size and then set desired the wash/rinse temperatures. Push in the knob and scroll to the desired settings and pull to start the wash. Washer will not operate with lid open.

Clothes Dryer
The dryer is located on the top of the clothes washer. Open the door and load the dryer with clothes (Do not overload). Set the dryer and press the start button to begin. Clean the lint trap after each use (lint collector is located on the inside back wall of the dryer.)

All cleaning supplies are located in a basket beside Washer/Dryer.

DVD Players
These are located in cabinet in living room.

Full Kitchens
All kitchens are equipped with dishes.

Fireplaces 
Each Villa has a gas fireplace in the living room under the tv with a control panel on the wall next to it. Three-bedroom presidential units have the fireplace in living
room as well as on the back patio.

Private Balconies
All villas have a private balcony on the back patio.

Three Bedroom Units have back patio that includes gas grills, tv, sitting area, and fireplace.
