Open the top and pour water in the reservoir in the back right. Put filter and coffee in the basket. Turn knob to ‘Brew’ and push On/Off button.Dishwasher
Open dishwasher; fill main detergent cup located on the side of the front door with dishwashing powder and slide closed. Close and lock front door and turn knob to desired wash. Do not use liquid soap, as this will cause the dishwasher to overflow.Garbage Disposal
Run water and turn on the garbage disposal switch located on the wall behind the sink. Do not put your fingers into the drain/disposal. Do not put metal, glass, bones, tobacco, eggshells or greasy items into the disposal.Hair Dryer
Press the switch to the ON.Ice Maker
To make ice, lower the handle for electronic ice makers. Make sure the switch is up to the 1, not the 0.Iron
Fill with water and turn the knob to the desired temperature. Use the ironing board for all ironing. Do not iron on beds, tables or floor.Microwave
Select desired temperature and minutes then press start. Do not place cups of water, foil, metal or plastic inside the microwave.Oven

Thank you for choosing to spend your vacation with us. We hope you enjoy your stay and take away many cherished memories to reminisce about for years to come. One of our top goals during your stay is your safety and that of your loved ones. Should a child or dependent adult become lost or missing, we would like you to be aware of the proper steps to take. The quicker you act, the better the chances of a faster recovery.
Code Adam
Code Adam is a nationally recognized missing child safety program in the United States and thousands of department stores, retail shops, shopping malls, supermarkets, amusement parks, and museums volunteer in the program. The program was named Code Adam in memory of a young child, Adam Walsh, who in 1981 was abducted from a Sears department store in Florida. Adam’s father is John Walsh, a co-founder of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and host of the television show “Americas Most Wanted.” Bluegreen is proud to add its name to the long list of those participating.Your Course of Action
If you believe that your child is missing, do not panic, but do take action immediately. Search the area checking for crawl or hiding places. Children think hiding is a game and hiding places are limitless in the mind of a child.If you still cannot find your child after a thorough search, call Guest Services at 45001/45002 and report him/her missing. You will be asked to provide the following information:
• Your name, unit number and cell phone number
• Child’s name, sex, age, hair color, eye color
• Child’s approximate height and weight
• What the child was wearing (type of clothing, color, shoes, etc.)Be prepared to report to the Guest Services area to provide additional information if needed.
Guest Services has already been instructed to immediately announce a Code Adam to the Code Adam Team as soon as they receive the report of a missing child. They will provide the team with all the information you have given them. All associates assigned to the Code Adam Team will immediately stop what they are doing and search for the child.
If the child is not found within 10 minutes of initiating the Code Adam, Guest Services will contact local law enforcement and request assistance.
We hope this encounter will never take place, but would like you to know what the appropriate steps to take are, and that Bluegreen will be with you every step of the way.

Upon arrival, you will receive a Parking Pass from Guest Services. Please display the pass inside your vehicle during your stay. Parking is available on site at no charge. Each unit is permitted to have one primary vehicle and one secondary vehicle. All secondary vehicles will be issued a green parking pass. As a courtesy to other guests please park all secondary vehicles in the secondary parking spaces marked with a green parking bumper. Trailer parking is available on site on a first come first serve basis. No trailers larger than 12 Ft. in length will be permitted. RV parking is not Permitted on site.Pet Policy
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Horizon at 77th resort unless they are registered as a service animal. But we do understand they are like family. We are a nonsmoking resort. Please refrain from smoking inside your unit or on your balcony. If the presence of smoke is detected, a $300 cleaning fee will be billed to your account.Trash Service
Please dial extension 0 to request maintenance to pick up the unit trash, Hours are 9 am-12 pm.Free onsite parking. Due to limited space in the parking garage, there is a limit of 2 vehicles per reservation. Parking garage has 6’10” clearance, motorcycles on P1 only. Unable to accommodate trailers. Please be aware that a car show in the month of March and multiple motorcycle festivals in the month of May could present parking issues and additional traffic congestion. Please call resort ahead of arrival for details on parking arrangements. In addition, the resort may have contact information for offsite facilities available for boat, trailer, or motorcycle parking.

- Keep the dead bolt locked when inside your villa.
- Do not allow strangers into your villa. If someone’s identity seems suspicious, dial 0 and/or report them to Security or Resort Manager.
- Never leave your children unattended. Familiarize them with their new surroundings and other safety procedures.
- Make sure to lock your vehicle and take all valuable items inside with you and/or store them in your trunk out of sight.
Keys
- Keep track of your key by keeping it with you at all times. Do not give it to others.
- Return your key to Guest Services at your check-out time.
On and Off the Property
- Never leave your wallet, keys or purse unattended while at the pool.
- Ask our associates for the most direct driving directions when preparing to travel to attractions.
- Instead of carrying cash, use a credit card or traveler’s check when making large purchases. Do not draw attention to yourself by displaying large amounts of cash or expensive jewelry.
- If you see any activity that appears suspicious, please dial 0 and/or report it to management.
- Pay attention to when and where you are walking or parking. Be aware of your surroundings.
Fire Safety
- Upon arrival please locate your fire extinguisher. It can be found beneath the kitchen counter.
- Locate the fire alarm and all exits (inside and outside your villa). Make sure everyone in your group knows those locations.
- Familiarize yourself and your group with the resort fire evacuation plan and agree on a meeting place where you can account for everyone in your group.
- Ensure that all Key Card holders keep their cards with them at all times.
- Add the external resort phone number (843.429.2243) to your cellphone contacts.
- To operate the fire extinguisher, pull the pin and squeeze the handle. Spray back and forth in a sweeping motion at the base of the fire.
- First call: The fire department (direct dial 911 from your unit phone, or 911 on your cellphone).
- Second call: Guest Service desk, ext. 45001/45002. Identify yourself and your location and briefly describe the situation.
- If you are in a public area, calmly leave through the nearest exit.
- If you are inside your villa, touch the villa door. If it is hot, DO NOT OPEN IT. If the door is cool, brace your shoulder against the door and open it slowly. Be prepared to close it quickly if flames or smoke are on the other side.
- If you are able to leave your villa, remind everyone of the agreed upon meeting place, take your key, close the door behind you and sound the nearest alarm.
- Use the nearest stairwell or fire exit. DO NOT TAKE THE ELEVATOR.
- Crawl or keep low to reduce exposure to odorless carbon monoxide.
If you can not leave your room please follow these steps:
- If neither landlines nor cell service is available, signal to those outside your room that you are inside by hanging a sheet from your window.
- The windows at Horizon at 77th DO NOT open, however; in case of a fire break the window and hang a sheet outside of it. This will notify the fire department that there is someone in the room.
- Turn off the air-conditioner.
- Place wet sheets around the doorjamb. Block any vents that are emitting smoke.
- If the walls are hot, splash them with water. Use your ice bucket to cool them.
- If there is smoke in your suite, stay as low as possible and keep your nose and mouth covered with a wet cloth.
- DO NOT JUMP unless instructed by fire safety officials prepared to catch you. Otherwise continue the actions prescribed above and signal from your window for help.
