To set, press/hold the sleep button and set the time you want the alarm to go off. Slide the alarm selector to Radio or Buzzer.
The dryer is located in the entryway closet. Be careful not to overload the machine. Open door and load dryer with clothes. Set the dryer and press the start button to begin. Clean the lint trap after each use. As a courtesy to other guests please respect the posted quiet hours when doing laundry.
Open the top and pour water in the reservoir in the back right. Put filter and coffee in the basket. Turn knob to ‘Brew’ and push On/Off button.
Open dishwasher; fill main detergent cup located on the side of the front door with dishwashing powder and slide closed. Close and lock front door and turn knob to desired wash. Do not use liquid soap, as this will cause the dishwasher to overflow.
Run water and turn on the garbage disposal switch located on the wall behind the sink. Do not put your fingers into the drain/disposal. Do not put metal, glass, bones, tobacco, eggshells or greasy items into the disposal.
Press the switch to the ON.
To make ice, lower the handle for electronic ice makers. Make sure the switch is up to the 1, not the 0.
Fill with water and turn the knob to the desired temperature. Use the ironing board for all ironing. Do not iron on beds, tables or floor.
Select desired temperature and minutes then press start. Do not place cups of water, foil, metal or plastic inside the microwave.
Place food inside on middle rack. (Do not place paper products or plastic inside the oven). Turn knobs to set desired temperature and press start. For timed cook, press cook time, press hour button up/down, and press start time up/down.

Thank you for choosing to spend your vacation with us. We hope you enjoy your stay and take away many cherished memories to reminisce about for years to come. One of our top goals during your stay is your safety and that of your loved ones. Should a child or dependent adult become lost or missing, we would like you to be aware of the proper steps to take. The quicker you act, the better the chances of a faster recovery.
Code Adam is a nationally recognized missing child safety program in the United States and thousands of department stores, retail shops, shopping malls, supermarkets, amusement parks, and museums volunteer in the program. The program was named Code Adam in memory of a young child, Adam Walsh, who in 1981 was abducted from a Sears department store in Florida. Adam’s father is John Walsh, a co-founder of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and host of the television show “Americas Most Wanted.” Bluegreen is proud to add its name to the long list of those participating.
Your Course of Action
If you believe that your child is missing, do not panic, but do take action immediately. Search the area checking for crawl or hiding places. Children think hiding is a game and hiding places are limitless in the mind of a child.
If you still cannot find your child after a thorough search, call Guest Services at 45001/45002 and report him/her missing. You will be asked to provide the following information:
• Your name, unit number and cell phone number
• Child’s name, sex, age, hair color, eye color
• Child’s approximate height and weight
• What the child was wearing (type of clothing, color, shoes, etc.)
Be prepared to report to the Guest Services area to provide additional information if needed.
Guest Services has already been instructed to immediately announce a Code Adam to the Code Adam Team as soon as they receive the report of a missing child. They will provide the team with all the information you have given them. All associates assigned to the Code Adam Team will immediately stop what they are doing and search for the child.
If the child is not found within 10 minutes of initiating the Code Adam, Guest Services will contact local law enforcement and request assistance.
We hope this encounter will never take place, but would like you to know what the appropriate steps to take are, and that Bluegreen will be with you every step of the way.

Should you lose your Key Card, please notify the Guest Services immediately so that your lock may be re-coded. For your safety and security, I.D. will be required to have a new key made. Please return your Key Card to Guest Services upon check-out.
Upon arrival, you will receive a Parking Pass from Guest Services. Please display the pass inside your vehicle during your stay. Parking is available on site at no charge. Each unit is permitted to have one primary vehicle and one secondary vehicle. All secondary vehicles will be issued a green parking pass. As a courtesy to other guests please park all secondary vehicles in the secondary parking spaces marked with a green parking bumper. Trailer parking is available on site on a first come first serve basis. No trailers larger than 12 Ft. in length will be permitted. RV parking is not Permitted on site.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Horizon at 77th resort unless they are registered as a service animal. But we do understand they are like family. Please contact Guest Services for information about pet boarding. If the presence of a pet(s) is detected, a $300 cleaning fee will be billed to your account.
We are a nonsmoking resort. Please refrain from smoking inside your unit or on your balcony. If the presence of smoke is detected, a $300 cleaning fee will be billed to your account.

Free onsite parking. Due to limited space in the parking garage, there is a limit of 2 vehicles per reservation. Parking garage has 6’10” clearance, motorcycles on P1 only. Unable to accommodate trailers. Please be aware that a car show in the month of March and multiple motorcycle festivals in the month of May could present parking issues and additional traffic congestion. Please call resort ahead of arrival for details on parking arrangements. In addition, the resort may have contact information for offsite facilities available for boat, trailer, or motorcycle parking.

Unaccompanied children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the pool area. Outdoor Lazy River operated seasonally. Bluegreen Owners/Guests do not have access to Grand Shores oceanfront pool facilities.
