Air Thermostat
Press On/Off and press left or right for desired temperature. Make sure the unit is in cool position/ heat position, whichever you desire (76º F is a cool temperature.) Do not turn A/C below 76º F as it may cause the A/C to malfunction and stop working. Do not leave any doors open as this will cause the air conditioner to malfunction.Alarm Clock
To set the alarm, turn selector on top of Radio to Set Alarm, hold button for hour and minutes of desired time. Select the side alarm button to Radio or Buzzer.Blender
Sit blender container in base, place liquid or soft ingredients into blender and place the lid on securely. Press the desired settings on the panel to start.Coffee Maker
Open top of coffee maker. Place filter pack of coffee provided for 10 cups in holder and fill reservoir with water and close lid. Set knob to BREW and push in for ON. To open (unlock) the top of coffee carafe, turn lid to the right, to close (lock) the top of the coffee carafe, turn lid to the left.Washer and Dyers

Open dishwasher; place dishes on racks, fill main detergent cup located on the side of the front door with dishwashing powder and slide closed. Close front door and turn button to desired wash setting. Slide the lever to start the dishwasher. Do not use liquid soap, as this will cause the dishwasher to overflow.Fire Extinguisher
Locate the fire extinguisher (Located in Washer / Dryer Closet,). Pull the pin and squeeze handle. Spray back and forth in a sweeping motion at the base of the fire. CALL 911 and Guest Services at extension 6810.Hair-dryer
Remove hair dryer from the bag on top of counter. Press the switch to ON position 1 or 2. (Position 1 is low, position 2 is for medium and position 3 is for high.)Guest Bath Shower

Thank you for choosing to spend your vacation with us. We hope you enjoy your stay and take away many cherished memories to reminisce about for years to come. One of our top goals during your stay is the safety of you and your loved ones. Should a child or dependent adult become lost or missing, we would like you to be aware of the proper steps to take. The quicker you act, the better the chances of a faster recovery.
Code Adam
Code Adam is a nationally recognized missing child safety program in the United States and with participation from thousands of department stores, retail shops, shopping malls, supermarkets, amusement parks and museums. The program was named Code Adam in memory of a young child, Adam Walsh, who in 1981 was abducted in Florida. Adam’s father is John Walsh, co-founder of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and host of the television show “Americas Most Wanted.” Bluegreen is proud to add its name to the long list of those participating.Your Course of Action
If you believe your child is missing, do not panic. Take action immediately. Search the area checking for crawl or hiding places. Children think hiding is a game and hiding places are limitless in the mind of a child.If you cannot find your child after a thorough search, call Guest Services and report him/her missing. You will be asked to provide the following information:
- Your name, unit number and cell phone number
- Child’s name, sex, age, hair color, eye color
- Child’s approximate height and weight
- What the child was wearing (type of clothing, color, shoes, etc.)
Guest Services will immediately announce a Code Adam to the Code Adam Team as soon as they receive the report of a missing child. They will provide the team with all the information you have given them. All associates assigned to the Code Adam Team will immediately stop what they are doing and search for the child.
If the child is not found within 10 minutes of initiating the Code Adam, Guest Services will contact local law enforcement to request assistance.
We hope this issue never occurs, but we want you to know the appropriate steps to take and that we will be with you every step of the way.

Water Conservation
We have low-flow faucets and showerheads in all the rooms. We also offer a towel and linen reuse program. If you wish to exchange pool towels, please dial Guest Services at extension 0. Whirlpool Rules
- Maximum recommended use is 15 minutes per sitting and 30 minutes per day. Observe the limit to avoid nausea, dizziness, fainting and heat stroke.
- Elderly persons and those with the following health conditions must not use the Whirlpool without written permission from a physician:
- Pregnancy
- Heart Disease
- Diabetes
- High Blood Pressure
- Low Blood Pressure
- Persons with skin disease, open wounds, nasal or ear discharge, inflames eyes or any communicable disease are not allowed in the Whirlpool.
- Do not use the Whirlpool alone.
- Enter and exit slowly from the designated access areas only.
- Use of swimming pool immediately after exiting the Whirlpool can cause symptoms of nausea or shock
- Submerging your head underwater is not recommended.
- Drink plenty of fluids prior to and after using Whirlpool.
- Do Not use the Whirlpool while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Shower before entering the Whirlpool.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Bathing load 5 persons.
- Temperature: 102° F.
- No food, drinks or animals in Whirlpool.
- Pool and Spa for registered owners and guest use only.
- No ice chests allowed in the pool area.
- No outside food, drinks or alcoholic beverages.
- Do Not swallow Jacuzzi water; it is recirculated.

Safety & Security
Welcome to your home away from home. Vacation is a time for fun and relaxation; however, just like at your home, safety and security begins with you. It is our goal that your time spent with us is enjoyable, which also means feeling safe and secure. Here are a few safety tips recommended for you to follow:Inside Your Room
- Keep the deadbolt locked when inside your room.
- Do not allow strangers into your room. If someone’s identity seems suspicious, dial 0 and report them to Guest Services.
- Never leave your children unattended. Familiarize them with their new surroundings and other safety procedures.
- Make sure to lock your vehicle and take all valuable items inside with you and/or store them in your trunk out of sight.
Keys Cards
Keep track of your key card by keeping it with you at all times. Do not give it to others.
Simply leave your key cards in your room at check out time.On and Off the Property
- Never leave your wallet, keys, or purse unattended.
- Ask our staff for the most direct driving directions when preparing to travel to attractions.
- Instead of carrying cash, use a credit card or traveler’s check when making large purchases. Do not draw attention to yourself by displaying large amounts of cash or expensive jewelry.
- If you see any activity that appears suspicious, please dial 0 and/or report it to Guest Services.
- Pay attention to when you are walking or parking. Be aware of your surroundings.
Fire Safety
While a fire at our resort is extremely rare, we feel it is still very important for you and your family to be mindful of what precautions to take should an emergency arise. Plan your escape!Upon Arrival
- If you have questions or concerns, contact the Resort Guest Services at extension 0 or the Resort Manager at ext. 7777.
- Be aware of where the fire alarm, extinguisher and exits are located inside and outside of your unit. Familiarize yourself with the resort fire evacuation plan.
- Make sure you know how to turn off your air conditioner.
- Keep your villa key card on hand at all times.
In Case of Fire
- Remain calm. First notify the fire department (911) and then notify the Resort Guest Services at extension 6810. Identify your name and location, with a brief description of the situation.
- Touch your unit door. IF IT IS HOT, DO NOT OPEN IT.
- If the door is cool, brace your shoulder against the door and open it slowly. Be prepared to close it quickly if there are flames or smoke on the other side.
- If you are able to leave your villa, take your key, close the door and sound the nearest alarm. Predetermine a meeting place so you will know all of your family members are safe.
- Do not take the elevator. Use the nearest stairwell or a fire exit.
- Crawl or keep low to reduce exposure to smoke or odorless carbon monoxide.
- If you stay in your villa, make every effort to notify someone that you/your family are inside. If normal communication to 911 or the resort is not available, signal to them by hanging a sheet from your window. Turn off the air conditioner and fill the bathtub with water. Place wet sheets and towels around the door jam. Block any vents emitting smoke. Only open the windows if you are sure you are letting in fresh air.
- If there is smoke in your unit, stay as low as possible and keep a wet cloth over your nose and mouth.
- Do not jump. A fall from all the upper floors can cause serious injury. Rather, continue to protect yourself from the fire and signal from your window for help.
- If you are in a public area when a fire starts, calmly leave through the nearest fire exit.
