Select system for heat or cold and press up or down for desired temperature. To circulate air, select fan or select auto for temperature as needed. Do not turn A/C below 70 degrees as it may cause it to malfunction and stop working. Do not leave any doors open as this will cause the air conditioner to malfunction.
To set the alarm, press and hold volume until the display time blinks, release hold and use clock tuning buttons to set alarm to desired time.
Place blender container in base, add liquid or soft ingredients into blender and put the lid on securely. Press the desired settings on the panel to start.
Open top of coffee maker. Place pack of coffee provided for 10 cups in basket, fill reservoir located on the right side of the coffee maker with water and close lid. Set knob on BREW and push in for ON. The lid must be on the carafe.
Set washer to desired level of wash, select desired temperature of water with knob, select desired water level with knob, close the lid and pull the knob out.
Select desired dry mode and press auto dry.
Fireplace (In select units)
Turn timer clockwise to desired time setting.
Open; place dishes on racks, fill main detergent cup located on the side of the front door with dishwashing powder and slide closed. Close front door and turn button to desired wash. Do not use liquid or laundry soap, as this will cause the dishwasher to overflow.
Locate the fire extinguisher (located under the kitchen sink). Pull the pin and squeeze handle. Spray back and forth in a sweeping motion at the base of the fire. CALL 911 and Guest Services at extension 0.
Remove hair-dryer from the bag. Press the switch to the ON position 1 or 2. Position 1 is low, position 2 is for medium and position 3 is for high.
Turn on water by pulling spout and set to desired temperature. Pull the ring above the waterspout to turn the shower on.
Most of the bathroom sinks in our villas are equipped with pop-up drains. To operate, press down to open or close the drain.
For sanitary reasons, the ice maker in your villa is turned off when you check in. To turn on the ice maker in your fridge, lower the handle. For villas equipped with a stand-alone ice maker, open door and locate power switch. Turn switch to the on position, and then lower the handle to make ice.

Welcome to your home away from home. Vacation is a time for fun and relaxation; however, just like at your home, safety and security begins with you. It is our goal that your time spent with us is enjoyable, which also means feeling safe and secure. Here are a few safety tips recommended for you to follow:
Inside Your Room
Keep the dead bolt locked when inside your room.
Do not allow strangers into your room. If someone’s identity seems suspicious, dial 0 and report them to Guest Services.
Never leave your children unattended. Familiarize them with their new surroundings and other safety procedures.
Make sure to lock your vehicle and take all valuable items inside with you and/or store them in your trunk out of sight.
Keep track of your key card by keeping it with you at all times. Do not give it to others.
Return your key cards to Guest Services at your check out time.
On and Off the Property
Never leave your wallet, keys, or purse unattended.
Ask our staff for the most direct driving directions when preparing to travel to attractions.
Instead of carrying cash, use a credit card or traveler’s check when making large purchases. Do not draw attention to yourself by displaying large amounts of cash or expensive jewelry.
If you see any activity that appears suspicious, please dial 0 and/or report it to Guest Services.
Pay attention to when and where you are walking or parking. Be aware of your surroundings.
When a TORNADO WARNING has been declared for Taney County, a funnel cloud has been sighted in the area. At this time you should take immediate cover and follow the appropriate tornado precautions.
Weather is monitored locally on channel 3. Weather is also monitored on a weather alert storm alarm radio.

While a fire at our resort is extremely rare, we feel it is still very important for you and your family to be mindful of what precautions to take should an emergency arise. Plan your escape!
If you have questions or concerns, contact Resort Guest Services at ext. 0.
Be aware of where the fire alarm, extinguisher and exits are located inside and outside of your unit. Familiarize yourself with the resort fire evacuation plan.
Make sure you know how to turn off your air conditioner.
Keep your villa key card on hand at all times.
In Case of Fire
Remain calm. First notify the fire department (911) and then notify the Resort Guest Services at ext. 0. Identify your name and location, with a brief description of the situation.
Touch your unit door. IF IT IS HOT, DO NOT OPEN IT.
If the door is cool, brace your shoulder against the door and open it slowly. Be prepared to quickly close it if there are flames or smoke on the other side.
If you are able to leave your unit, take your key, close the door behind you and sound the nearest alarm. Predetermine a meeting place so you will know all of your family members are safe.
Do not take the elevator. Use the nearest stairwell or a fire exit.
Crawl or keep low to reduce exposure to smoke or odorless carbon monoxide.
If you stay in your unit, make every effort to notify someone that you/your family are inside. If normal communication to 911 or the resort is not available, signal to them by hanging a sheet from your window. Turn off the air conditioner and fill the bathtub with water. Place wet sheets and towels around the door jam. Block any vents that are emitting smoke. Only open the windows if you are sure you are letting in fresh air. If walls are hot, bail them with water, using your ice bucket to cool them.
If there is smoke in your unit, stay as low as possible and keep a wet cloth over your nose and mouth.
Do not jump. A fall from all the upper floors can cause serious injury; Rather, continue to protect yourself from the fire and signal from your window for help.
If you are in a public area when a fire starts, calmly leave through the nearest fire exit.
